Tea Tree Oil, an Essential Oil that can be found in any pharmacy, if you can find a more pure "dropper-bottle" with only Vitamin E or Aloe added, all the better as it can be used in so many other applications, and all you need is 1 or 2 drops for your whole face, or where ever you need to apply it.
I have been using this for years, as I have had an oily skin problem since 13 yrs old, and it is the only "Home Remedy" that has worked for me, and I’ve tried all the ones mentioned above and more, including prescriptions.

you should search the vinegar site on the web , there are a few great treatments for acne that do help also try peroxide dabbed on the area with a cotton swab – do not double dip-only be aware the skin around the acne site may lighten slightly for a bit.

Apple cider vinegar helps. Up to 6 table spoons a day. Make sure you dilute it with plenty of water before you drink it.
Perhaps a search for acne + "natural remedies" might be of interest.
