I’m having (I think) gall bladder attacks about every month now. I know these are caused by gall stones.
Looks like I have three options,
1) eat better, and hope I don’t have any more attacks
2) have my gall bladder removed
3) "flush" my gallbladder with some of these natural remedies.
Do these natural remedies really work, or do they just want my money?
You cannot "flush" gallstones. PERIOD.
There are people who want to sell you something, and they will lie and tell you that a flush will work. They do not. Gallstones do not pass from the gallbladder no matter what you take. It just does not happen.

It seems like everybody is going natural these days and using natural remedies instead of synthetic remedies to prevent and treat a variety of canine parasites and diseases. Have you tried any of these remedies? Which ones worked and which ones didn’t work?
Planting lavendar in your garden can deter fleas from your yard.
We had a bad infestation when we moved into our new place. We treated the house but couldn’t get them out of the yard.
Planted some lavendar bushes in each corner and now we are flea free (we still use monthly flea prevention too of coarse)
Could have been co-incidence but it worked for us!
Another one that worked for a friend of mine whos dog was having seizures was feeding green beans daily.
Sounds kooky but she weaned him off the meds he was on and fed the beans daily and he hasn’t had a seizure for years.

Have had a slipped disc and as I get oder the pain never really goes away. I don’t want to use conventional NSAIDs as I had nephritis twice as a child. Now I notice I’m also getting a pain in my hip joint when I lie on it. I’d like to know if there are natural remedies that work for relief of chronic pain.
* Lie on your back with your knees bent. Keep your back in a neutral position — not overly arched and not pressed into the floor. Avoid tilting your hips up.
* Cough to activate your core muscles. Holding the contraction in your abdominal muscles, raise your hips off the floor.
* Align your hips with your knees and shoulders. Hold this position and take three deep breaths — or for about five to eight seconds.
* Return to the start position and repeat. For a challenge, try alternately extending one knee while maintaining the bridge position.
This actually works. Breathing and alignment plus the movement is an excellent home remedy. Hope this helps. Good luck.

What natural remedies can be used to lighten hair color? I was told that lemons were good but what else can be used?
lemon juice – just spray it on and sit in the sun for a couple hours (wear sunscreen!). Stay away from peroxide – turns your hair orange.

A family member has a hyper-thyroid supposedly caused by his immune system attacking his thyroid gland. The scan shows one side larger than the other. What can he do naturally to try to stop this autoimmune response and heal his thyroid gland? He is already taking a megavitamin to help alleviate the stress. Are there some other supplements or natural remedies that could help stop this autoimmune response? Thanks!
